Welcome to the Bat Shlomo Winery website, whose address is:  https://batshlomowinery.co.il/  (hereinafter: the "  Site  "). The Site is managed and operated by Bat Shlomo Winery and/or someone on its behalf (hereinafter: the "  Wineyard  " or "  We  ").

This document consists of three parts that are intended to regulate the use of the site and protect your rights and the rights of the winery:

Part A  details the website's privacy policy.

Part B  details the digital site's accessibility statement.  Part C  details the terms of use and limitation of liability.

By using the site and/or contacting us via the contact form, you express your full consent to the terms detailed in this document.

Part One: Privacy Policy

1. What information do we collect?

We collect two types of information from users of the site:

A. Information provided at your initiative (personal information):

The site is a promotional site. The only personal information we collect is information that you choose to provide to us of your own free will, when filling out the "Contact Us" form or scheduling a visit to the site. This information may include:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Message content / reason for the request

It is hereby clarified that you are not legally obligated to provide this information  , but without providing it, we may not be able to handle your inquiry, arrange a visit for you, or contact you.

B. Information collected automatically (statistical/technical information):

When you browse the site, technical and statistical information is collected that does not directly identify you personally. This information is collected, among other things, through systems such as Google Analytics and includes:

• The IP address of your computer or mobile device.
• The type of browser and operating system you are using.
• The pages you visited on the site, the time spent on each page and your browsing habits.

2. What are the purposes of collecting information?

The information we collect is used by us for the following purposes:

• Responding to inquiries and scheduling visits:  To contact you, answer your questions, and provide you with the service you requested through the website.
• Site operation and improvement:  To improve and enrich the content and services offered on the site (using statistical information).

4. Provision of information to third parties

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not transfer or sell your personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

• To service providers who assist us in operating the site (such as a hosting company), who are subject to confidentiality.
• In the event of a legal demand, court order, or legal dispute between you and the winery.

5. The right to view, correct and delete information

According to the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to review personal information collected about you. If you find that the information is inaccurate, or if you wish to request its deletion from our records, you can contact us using the contact information below.

Part Two: Accessibility Statement

Bat Shlomo Winery works hard to make its website accessible to people with disabilities, in order to promote equal rights and transparency.

6. Website accessibility

We strive to ensure that our digital services are accessible to people with disabilities, and therefore efforts have been made to facilitate the use of the site and to adapt it to the requirements of the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013. The accessibility adjustments were made according to the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (TI 5568) for Internet Content Accessibility at the AA level, and the international WCAG2.0 document.

7. Accessibility measures on the site

The website has OneTap  's accessibility plugin  (Accessibility Adjustments) embedded.

The accessibility menu allows, among other things:

• Contrast adjustment (dark, light colors, monochrome).
• Enlarge and reduce the website text.
• Highlighting links and titles.
• Stop animations and flickering.
• Adapting the site for keyboard navigation (pressing Tab).
• Adaptation to support screen readers.

8. Accessibility restrictions and inquiries

Despite our efforts to make all pages on the site accessible, it is possible that specific parts may not yet be fully accessible or that there is a technological glitch that prevents their accessibility. We continue our efforts to improve the accessibility of the site. If you encounter an accessibility problem, we would appreciate it if you would update us so that we can make a fix.

Part C: Terms of Use and Limitation of Liability

9. Age restriction and alcohol warning

The site's content includes information about wines and alcohol.  Browsing the site, using it, and contacting the winery are intended solely for users over the age of 18.  Warning: Excessive consumption of alcohol is life-threatening and harmful to health.

10. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All copyrights and intellectual property on the site, including (but not limited to) the site design, source code, texts, images, illustrations, winery logo, trademarks and any other content appearing therein – belong entirely to Bat Shlomo Winery. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or make any commercial use of this content without obtaining express prior written consent from the winery.

11. Limitation of Liability (AS IS)

• The Site and the content appearing on it are offered for use as is ("AS IS").
• The winery makes efforts to ensure that the information on the site is accurate and up-to-date, but does not guarantee that it will not contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies (TLH).
• The winery, its managers, or anyone on its behalf will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, emotional distress, or loss incurred by the user as a result of using the site, relying on the content that appears on it, or the unavailability of the site for any reason (including technical malfunctions, power outages, or cyber attacks).

12. Jurisdiction

This policy and the use of the site will be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction in any matter relating to the use of the site or this document lies with the competent courts in the district where the winery is located or in the Haifa district.
