A legacy of five generations · Terroir wines from the Holy Land
The old colony of Bat Shlomo was founded in 1888. The Schwartzman farm has a five-generation tradition – growing grapes and olives, making wine and making cheese. The vineyards are planted in soil specially selected by French wine experts, and we diligently monitor each cluster from the vine to the bottle. The winery's wines have won international recognition and prestigious awards of excellence in wine competitions around the world.
As the fourth generation of a family of farmers, wine is a heritage and a way of life for us. We learned the secrets of production from our grandfather from childhood, and today we invite you to enjoy the fine wines of the Bat Shlomo Boutique Winery.

Resveratrol - the fountain of life in your glass of wine
The origin of the belief that drinking red wine is good for our health and prolongs our life is attributed to a mysterious and highly beneficial compound called "resveratrol", which is found in abundance in the skin of grapes.
Resveratrol has long been known as a natural and effective anti-aging agent: it reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and age-related diseases such as cataracts and osteoporosis, neutralizes the damage of a diet high in fat and cholesterol, protects brain cells and nerve cells, and significantly slows the development of diseases such as Alzheimer's and many types of cancer.
Recent academic studies have found that, due to soil and climate conditions, grape varieties grown in the Holy Land contain twice as much resveratrol as varieties grown in the rest of the world. Therefore, Israeli wine enjoys two notable advantages:
A dry and unique flavor that maintains its qualities over the years.
Higher health added value compared to wines originating from other countries
We invite you to enjoy the variety of wines rich in resveratrol from the Bat Shlomo Boutique Winery.
